The Kosher Nosh was founded in 1976 by Avi and Haim, two friends who built something special in Glen Rock. Today, under the ownership of Ari Starkman and Christopher Waters — veterans of the NYC and NJ hospitality industry — the tradition continues with the same commitment to quality and community that made the Nosh a legend.
