FINANCING
The foundation's daily financial management is being managed by our
treasurer, Mr. Ilan Engel, CPA, and by a group of advisors, who are from the top of the
Israeli economy. The foundation's main expenditure is our professional manpower. Due to
our children's desperate need for massive treatment, the most used source of treatment is
our staff.
Our yearly expenditure is $704,500. Towards this expenditure, the Ministry of Health
contributes $197,235 and the Ministry of Education contributes $162.580. The balance is
being raised on a monthly basis from donations within the country, as well mass donations
from other foundations and private donors in Europe and the United States.
Last year we had 37 children, those children and their needs were supported from within
Israel but this year we have grown to 102 children and this operation needs help and
support from abroad.
The foundation has grown beyond our ability to support it from Israeli sources only. In
addition to our manpower, there is a constant need to purchase therapeutic equipment as
well as the need to construct and build new therapeutic rooms for children.
